Empowering mental wellness for adults and children

OMHC (Outpatient Mental Health Center) programs aim to support individuals in developing and sustaining coping skills that enable them to adjust and integrate within their living environment and community. Clients and their family members are empowered to make decisions about their care, aiming to improve their quality of life. The services provided are carefully designed and implemented to support the recovery, health, or well-being of clients and their families, enhance their quality of life, reduce symptoms or needs, build resilience, restore and/or improve functioning, and promote integration into the community.

These programs are conducted in a clinical setting and are arranged as needed. Clients receive a wide range of services from licensed behavioral professionals assigned to provide

Individualized care and assist in creating a personalized care plan. Services also include consultations with family and/or professional care providers.

Individuals can self-refer or walk in, or they may be referred by community agencies, insurers, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
